Hey y’all! MEET SARAH CEBALLOS
Sarah Ceballos is an award-winning actress from McAllen Texas. It’s otherwise known as “The South Pole of Texas”. Seriously it’s a thing, there’s a sign too! She is 3rd generation Mexican-American on both sides of her family & is fluent in Spanish. Growing up along the border, meant spending a lot of time in Mexico. At the age of about 4, she would get up on pianos and sing along with the mariachis, it seemed as though she was destined for the stage. She was a daddy’s girl until he passed away when she was nine. Her grief journey has taught her the importance of going after her heart’s desires. At the age of 11, Sarah made her stage debut in “Grease”. Sarah has been known to have a “smart mouth”, which she utilizes to stand up for what’s right. She holds her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership & periodically researches obstacles that can impede advancement opportunities for people of color in the workplace. Sarah considers herself the curious type, whether she’s acting, producing, or working on her research, she is always asking herself, “How can I help? How can I do my part to make the world a better place?
